Who we are
Solo Pro Network LLC operates Solo Pro and solopro-network.com. Contact karl@solopro-network.com for privacy questions, correction requests or assistance deleting data. Effective September 5, 2026.
Information we use
We process account contact details and login identifiers, business profiles, customer records you provide, addresses and access notes, service plans, jobs, notes, photos, verification documents, invoices, payment references and preferences. If you turn notifications on, we store the token that delivers them. Location is read only while the app is open and only if you allow it, to centre the map and put your stops in driving order; we keep no location history. Voice notes are recognised on your device: the audio never leaves your phone, and only the text you keep is sent to us. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never pass through the app.
Purpose and service providers
We use this information to provide scheduling, customer management, invoicing, payments, notifications, account security and support. Google Cloud and Identity Platform provide hosting, storage and authentication; Google Maps supports addresses and routes; Expo delivers push notifications; Stripe processes payments. When AI features are used, relevant submitted content is sent to the configured Google AI service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and private links
Published business listings are public. Invoice, receipt, card-setup and review links reveal only the information needed for their purpose to anyone holding the link. Calendar subscriptions expose customer names, locations and appointment times to the calendar provider you choose. Rotate a calendar URL if it has been shared accidentally. Private links must be treated as credentials.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the app under Account → Delete account, during setup through Delete account, or at /delete-account on our website. No support call is required. Confirmation permanently deletes the live user and business profile, customer directory, plans, jobs, notes, photos, documents, notification history, push tokens and preferences. Sessions are blocked immediately and calendar/unpaid payment links stop working. Provider identity and file cleanup is retried durably; a second file sweep runs after outstanding upload grants expire. Confirmation email is sent after that cleanup finishes. If no email is available, you may provide one or delete without an email receipt.
Records that survive deletion
Issued invoice amounts, quantities, tax, discount, settlement/refund events and payout facts are retained separately for seven years after final settlement under our financial retention policy. Names, contact details, addresses, notes, unrestricted metadata and personal descriptions are removed. Processor references needed for reconciliation remain restricted financial identifiers and are not described as anonymous. Review dates, ratings and structured tags remain anonymously; review text and pro replies are replaced with a removal notice. Paid receipt links may continue to show sanitised records. Payments already in flight may settle after deletion.
Cleanup, backups and independent records
Temporary cleanup instructions and the confirmation recipient are encrypted and erased when processing finishes. A one-way digest of the deleted login identity remains to prevent old tokens from recreating the account. Access-controlled database backups currently retain seven daily backups and expire as replacements complete; restored backups must have deletion records reapplied before access resumes. Stripe may retain payment and identity records for its legal and financial obligations. Deleting Solo Pro cannot erase information already downloaded by recipients or imported by your calendar provider.
Your choices
You can edit account details, control notification preferences, revoke OS permissions, rotate calendar links and delete your account. For access, correction or other privacy requests email karl@solopro-network.com. We may verify account ownership before fulfilling a request. Solo Pro is intended for adult business users.
